Log In to Your cc98 Account —
Safe, Fast & Easy

Uncompromising Login Security

Cc98 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on every login session — meaning all data transmitted between your device and our servers is fully encrypted. No third party can intercept or read your login information in transit.

Our system also monitors every login attempt in real time. If a login is detected from an unusual location or device, cc98 will immediately send a notification to your registered phone number or email — giving you full control over your account security.

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for every new login
• Automatic account lock after multiple failed password attempts
• Instant notification every time a successful login is detected from a new device
• Login sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity for added security

With these security layers in place, you can log in with full confidence — your account and funds are protected even when playing over a public Wi-Fi network.

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Every login from a new device requires a 6-digit OTP sent to your registered phone number — ensuring only you can access your account.
• End-to-End Encryption All login data, personal information, and transactions are encrypted using the latest TLS protocol before being transmitted over the network.
• Suspicious Activity Monitoring Our system automatically detects unusual login patterns and blocks access before any damage occurs.
• Auto Session Timeout Inactive sessions are automatically terminated to prevent unauthorized access — especially important when using a shared device.
• Trusted Device Management Manage your list of authorized devices directly from account settings. Remove permissions for lost or unused devices with a single click.

Best Practices for Your Account

A strong password is your first line of defence. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — at least 10 characters long. Avoid using your date of birth, name, or phone number as a password as these are easy to guess.

Never share your cc98 password with anyone — including individuals claiming to be customer support staff. The cc98 team will never ask for your password through any channel.

Always log out when you finish playing, especially when using a public computer or a device shared with family members. Use private browsing mode if needed.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, change your password immediately and contact the cc98 support team, available 24/7.
